Learning Technology and Innovation (LTI) have joined with the former Teaching and Learning Centre (TLC) to become the Eden Centre.

Funding too has been integrated and details are available on the Eden Centre Funding Page. Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Projects can be applied for throughout the year under the Eden Catalyst Grant scheme, which will consider projects that require support and funding for up to £10,000.

Eden Catalyst Grant for TEL Projects:

If you have an idea for smaller-scale education and student experience related initiatives you can apply for Eden Catalyst funding for up to £10,000. The fund supports initiatives which contribute to the development and delivery of education enhancement activity at the School in line with LSE 2030. For technology enhanced learning projects, or projects that explore digital innovation, we encourage the submission of proposals falling under any of the following themes, or on any other general theme of teaching and learning innovation.

Examples: students producing short films for an end-of-course presentation; writing and peer evaluation of blog posts on core concepts; creating research posters and/or infographics.

Examples: using gamification elements such as badges or leaderboards; creating simulations to link theory to practice; using an existing game or creating your own in your course.
